Your files, handled plainly
Your document never leaves your device. Everything happens in your browser — there is no upload, no server copy, and no account.
How the app handles your document
When you choose a file, your browser reads it locally. Rendering the pages, the brush you paint with, working out which ink to remove, reconstructing the paper underneath and building the finished PDF all run as JavaScript on your own machine. The file is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
Because nothing is uploaded, there is nothing for us to store, expire or delete on a server. Closing the tab is all it takes — the document and every mask you drew are gone with the page.
What we don't do
- No upload of your document to our servers, or to anyone else's
- No account or sign-up, so there is no profile tied to your identity
- No database of documents, because no document ever reaches a database
- No AI provider, no external API, and no use of your files to train any model
- No selling or sharing of your documents
- No cookies that track you across visits, and no tracking of document contents
- No watermark on anything you download
What the site itself does
The site is a normal web page: your browser requests the HTML, styles, scripts and fonts that make it work, and our host records ordinary web-server request logs for those. That is unavoidable for any website, and it never includes the contents of a document — the document is not part of any request.
The page is served with a Content Security Policy that only permits it to talk back to this site, which means a compromised third-party script could not quietly send your document anywhere even if one were ever introduced.
